The coroner said to Rosa. Cassandra burst into tears, her fiance Oliver held her hand and pulled her into his embrace.
“Noooooo,” Cassandra screamed hysterically. Rosa looked at the coroner.
“Do you have any questions?” he asked Rosa.
Rosa walked out of the room without saying a word.
My house was serene about five hours later. The children were downstairs in the living room
They sat in silence. Whitney scrolled through her phone watching videos and viewing pictures I had taken with her a few weeks ago. Whitney was the youngest.
Priscilla sat with her face in her hands.
“How could he just go like that? He was alive and bright a few hours ago? He was in great shape.” Priscilla said hysterically.
Edward nodded slowly.
“I mean, we had plans, who is going to walk Cassandra down the aisle?” Whitney asked.
“I will,” Edward replied.
“Let talk about dad, not the wedding,” Priscilla said as she wiped the tears running down her cheeks with the Kleenex in her hand.
“Dad was a big part of the wedding, it was his dream to walk Cassandra down the aisle,” Edward said.
