CATFISHING MY FIANCE (4)

Passive aggressive behavior is a red flag.

I opened my Facebook Messenger to read the message my fiancé had sent to his catfish. I still could not believe that we hadn’t talked in over a week, but he had the time to send messages to a stranger on the internet.

Hey

He began.

I smiled. He probably missed chatting with me.

Hey stranger. How is your day going?

I asked

Not bad, I just realized I missed chatting with you. I feel like I am warming up to you already.

I rolled my eyes. He was seriously warming up to this stranger and neglecting the wedding he was planning. Calls and texts unanswered.

Well, I hope you are ready to deal with the different shades of my personality. I can dish you a different person everyday, and I hope you don’t run. I can be a handful sometimes.

I watched as the bubbles indicated he was typing. A little rage began to rise in me. Why was he doing this? I mean sending messages to a chic he knew nothing about instead of working things out with Ali. I felt tears run down my cheeks. If we didn’t fix the tiff we had gotten into, we would lose the money we had spent on our wedding.
