Vanessa sat across from Thalia at their favorite Thai restaurant Taste of Thai in Pietermaritzburg. Vanessa had not planned to bring up what was on her mind, not like this, but she needed another perspective about the way she was feeling. Lauren was blindsided and somewhat confused.
