CLOSE THE WINDOW THAT HURTS YOU.

Even when the view out there is beautiful.

The view could be a person, a place, a memory.

If it hurts, you need to close the window. Do not allow the light from the pain hurt you. You can change positions, location or anything to shut the light of pain out.

Create new memories. The old memories would try to filter in but it’s not permanent. They would go away when you replace them.

Be intentional about what and who you allow into your life. There is a huge difference in the outcome of your life when you are intentional about the details of your life. The food and drink you consume, the books you read, TV, music and movies, the friends you keep, the boundaries you create for yourself.

If you choose wisely, the quality of your life vastly improves.

If a person or place doesn’t make you happy, please move, you are not a tree.

Do not give attention to every dog that barks, and I simply mean giving time and attention to every thing that requires your attention.

Validate your choices, live your life to please yourself.

Whatever you do, close the window that hurts you.
