As soon as Idara walked away, the little demon in me seemed to have left me.

Now the consequences of my actions were beginning to dawn on me.

Shit!!!!!!

The once peaceful brunch quickly turned chaotic, with a dreadful silence settling over the group as everyone watched Idara’s dramatic exit. My aunt Claudette was so enraged that she tried to lunge at me, but my mom intervened just in time.

“You horrible demon look at what you have caused, because your marriage didn’t work out doesn’t mean that my daughter’s marriage won’t work out. What form of jealousy is this?.” my aunt Claudette screamed at me.

She had the look of hate and murder on her face at the same time.

“Don’t call my daughter a demon,” my mother yelled back at her sister. They stood face-to-face, staring at each other angrily.
