King Ola’s table was bubbling with so much activity. He sat at the table with Ministers and some popular entertainers of the Province. The conversation over drinks got a little too loud.
“How can you say your wife doesn’t give you a lap dance?” Don Fresh, a music producer, asked Bora, the Minister of Education, a short bald man with a beer belly.
“She doesn’t, she probably doesn’t know what it is, but you see Eve, that girl gives the best lap dances.” Bora replied.
“Who is Eve?” Lekan on the beat, another music producer asked.
“My side piece, a humble girl, studying microbiology at the university.” Bora replied.
“Those university girls are promiscuous, be careful so you do not take home any sexually transmitted disease to your wife.” Don Fresh responded.
Bora frowned. It appears he was aware that she may be promiscuous, but decided to damn the consequences.
“You are all talking about your women and side pieces, they do not come close to my tall glass of palm wine.” King Ola said and smiled broadly.
“What tall glass of wine?” David, the Permanent Secretary, asked him.
“None other than my beautiful wife Veronica.” King Ola proudly responded.
