WHO KILLED DADDY? (3)

It took a few minutes to get on the freeway after passing up four lights. It took forever for the lights to turn green, because as we approached them, they turned amber color and then red. I tried to stay close and distant at the same time to prevent being seen.
Thoughts crossed my mind.
Who was the lady with him?
A colleague?
A friend?
A girlfriend?
If he has to pick her up, maybe they were going on a date.
This had become a routine for him. I wonder how long this had been going on for?
We drove forty five minutes towards the north east part of town.
They pulled into the parking lot of Sockins. It was a five star restaurant. It was recently remodeled, and aesthetically pleasing. I had just visited Sockins last month with a few coworkers.
He got out of the car and walked to the passenger side and opened the door for her. She stepped out of the car, and I got a closer look.
She was tall with a short pixie cut, that was all I took from the silhouette I could see. He held her hand and they both walked into the restaurant.
I didn’t know what to say.
